Please note that a credit card is required to hold all appointments. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours advance notice. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed 50% of each service. Cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard welcome.
One complimentary re-touch is provided within 60 days. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your free re-touch, we require 24 hours advance notice. If you do not cancel or reschedule within that time frame or you simply do not show for your appointment, you have forfeited your complimentary re-touch.
We love children and have some of our own. As a result, we know how difficult it is for them to sit still for long periods of time. It is best if children do not accompany you to your appointment. They'll have much more fun playing at home.
Please understand that our services are ones that should never be rushed. To ensure you receive the utmost quality, we take our time with each and every client. Therefore, if you arrive late for your appointment, it may be necessary for us to reschedule you.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
